Bought a ford c-max from this dealership, I was very happy with the purchase. Not only was the car great as promised, the staff I met were superb. Shabir was professional and honest. He took off the car ad as soon as I paid the deposit. They serviced the car and gave it a good valet before I picked it up. I had to come all the way from Norwich to pick the car up, so he ensured I got the best possible service and also stayed true to his word about the car. The car was in good condition. I would definitely recommend. Ask many questions and they would answer truthfully. My transaction was smooth as well, and I was able to drive away the car as scheduled on the same. I had an amazing experience, I hope you will too !

After putting a deposit down for one of their used cars their checks revealed it was consuming oil too quickly, they made me aware and were swift with returning the deposit, very understanding.

The car and price was fair from this place and was a good deal , the tyres were low so money was taken off to reflect this , DVLA also took a period of 6 months to return the new V5 but have done so to the wrong address , basically stating it was nothing to do with them and a new application was needed , dealership kindly offered to pay the registration fee!

I felt that my experience at Phoenix way car dealership Ltd was very pleasant and that there was a true interest in looking after me as a consumer.I did my due diligence and look at several vehicle and dealerships before deciding to purchase from Phoenix way car dealership Ltd and I can't say that I am disappointed. The vehicle was well presented and the price was very competitive compared to other vehicles on the market.I will update my statement accordingly If I feel that my experience isn't as good after my purchase but I must admit that so far I do not have any reason to complain.

Extremely patient with me when I couldn't collect my new car straight away, really accommodating to the fact I live far away. Stayed open for me after hours so I could travel from Bristol after work. Even let me keep my old car onsite due to difficulties with public transport during the recent train strikes.
The car was absolutely immaculate, and cleaned thoroughly, exactly as described.

I can't recommend Shabir and his team enough, I will certainly be going back when the time comes to buy another car. And spreading the word that these guys are good.

The guys at Phoenixcardealership were very friendly, professional and they provided me with full information about the car I was interested in. They also offered different payment plans.
